They showed up late to do the installation and didn't call to let bus know. I had to call to find out what wasn going on.
Two of the 9 windows have condensation on the outside of the window. Bothe windows faced east on the side porch. Didn't undersatand the reason why. Asked me to call if it remains an issue.

Good value for the installed product, but poor marks with the scheduling. Even after persistent prodding, the delivery/installation came late.
