go my t_v in and espected am estimate in 4 to 5 days. 2 weeks later I called to find out no one has looked at it.
2 day's later the estimate 450 on a 375 tv.
Are you joking. Now I'm stuck with 80 estimate.
Don't go here.

They have been EXCELLENT to work with for my warranty concerns with a TV purchased through ABC Warehouse. The service techs are prompt and courteous, and all work has been done to my satisfaction.

These guys don't give up. Their years of experience told them that my problem was a loose connection on a circuit board, but with hundreds of connections it was like a needle in a haystack. Thank you Universal TV for a great job fixing my TV! After calling around a few places you guys were the most reasonable as far as pricing for diagnosing the problem and the total cost. And your turnaround time of 24 hours was spectacular and much apprciated!!!
