Excellent No nonsense training

I took my basic guard card training here. Staff is knowledgeable and gives excellent no nonsense training

The facility is adequate, instructor knowledgeable, and safety is sound. But don't go there looking for pleasant personalities! What I disliked the most was the unsmiling, outright rudeness from the office mgr/wife when asked for clarification on something. Staff all seem a bit unapproachable a lot of the time. My advice... LAUGH people! It'll all be okay and may even help your business!

I called to get info and the lady treated me like she was irritated and had better things to do. I walked in to see the place, was not impressed. I'm sorry, but I have trained with large private security companies and someone telling me everyone brought their "A" game doesn't sell me. That's hype and says nothing about the instructor or course.
