This moving company is a SCAM. AVOID them at all costs. They picked up my house hold goods on Dec 23, 2009 in Redmond, WA to move to Atlanta, GA. Quote was for $4,000 and the bill was for over $10,000. They claim I had 20,000 pounds and refused to reweigh. They have a long history of ripping off innocent customers and doing "hostage" moves. I moved on 12/23/09 from Seattle to Atlanta. Quote was for $4K and the bill is for over $10K. They forged my wife's signature on severals docs. Said I had 20K pounds but refuse to reweigh. Won't negotiate with AMSA representative or investigator from FMCSA. Did not even have insurance in affect when they moved my goods. Owner Eyal Ben Dror has a very spotty history in the moving industry. Google his name and check into public records. We are sleeping on air mattresses for over a month now. Universal Moving and Storage is threatening to auction off everything we own.

this was the third time moving in my adult life.
I heard every bad thing there is and had a few very bad experiences with my moves.
Universal Moving were very professional and accurate, they worked with me along the way, my stuff arrived on time in a good condition and the foreman was very informative.
very recommended.

I just used Universal Moving and I had a very good experience. The foreman Chris Evans was astounding. He really looked after our stuff and made sure that we were happy. We got all our stuff moved in at a good time and it was a pleasant experience. There was no damage and we were very happy with the turn around time of getting our stuff to our location on time.
