Mike from Universal Locksmith Store was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Westfield, NJ. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. So happy to have found them and HIGHLY suggest you use them over anyone else.

Service does not get much better then this. Fair pricing, very quick and thorough response to inquiries.

Virtually no wait time for service provider to come out, job was not rushed. This type of service is so rare it has become the exception rather then the rule.

In a moment of brilliance, I locked myself out of my apartment and they were here within an hour. The Universal Locksmith Store was efficient, professional, and called ahead of time to let me know he when he was on his way from his last job. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them!
