Universal Electronics was responsive when they came out. There was lots of confusion about what we needed to have done. The person who did the installation was particularly knowledgeable about stereos, but not about the aesthetics. We didn't want wires sticking out and everything. Amazing installers, quick and easy service.

Universal Electronics were easy, nice, and quick. They ran into some problems, and they just fixed them as quick as they could. They were unforeseen things. Nobody's fault. The installers were just amazing, both in the work they did and the way they conducted themselves.
