I brought my computer in and had it worked on and it was full of viruses and after it was cleaned, i got a call that it was done. When i picked it up i was surprised that the tech that put virus software on it actually spent 10 to 15 min telling how to use it. I took my wife's laptop in for a simple screen change, hoping for a quick fix.
