A: None of my questions were answered

Q: Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
A: The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Q: Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
A: Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks

I don't have any complaints about the dentist (Dr. Forte), but I would never go back there again because of the billing dept. They mishandled my insurnance claim and kept billing me over and over again. Everytime I thought they had their paperwork/billing straight, I had to go through the whole frustrating process again.
