The Office Master has treated me without any respect, shutting the office window just right in front my face!!! I just feel humiliated...I opened POBOX in the morning and closed in a few hours the same day , without using the BOX and returning goths keys. The master did not refund my money for the service I did not use, saying I used their time... So, I lost 20$ for talking to the post office...

The 15128 St. Post Office is outstanding!!!! Joyce helped me find my lost wallet on Sat. July 16 by going thriugh the garbage and she found it!!! I could not be more grateful and cannot believe anyone would go that far to help a patron.

No more about this locations...they have all been wonerful when I have been thre and a special thanks to Joyce who did the great find for me!!!

This Post Office (ORLAND PARK) is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had anywhere!!!!!............. They dekiver my mail to a box of that I HAVE NO KEY................then say I have to stand by my door all day waiting fore a post man to open my box. Why don't they give me key, you say???.......... because after 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later, they somehow can't find the time to...
