I keep calling and let the phone ring from 15 to 20 times at the INgleside office to find out about a package and nobody ever answers. I have tried 4 times today.

This place is a joke rude and never answer the phone-hmm goverment job and you cannot answer the phone-worthless shut it down.

Great people at this post office. Friendly, knowledgeable, accurate. Parking is small but during off peak hours not a problem. The only time I have had to wait in line is during peak hours. The wait is not that bad, five minutes at the most, far better than Round Lake. The times that I have had to wait longer has been the customer's fault not the staff. Even during peak I can find a...

I don't know if these people were trained for customer is always right, but they need to know how to help. I purchased stamps & got over charged by one extra book. I called to report this & spoke to the women who did the transaction & I was told I would get a refund after they counted their stamps next month. the employers r very rude and and they should keep in mind THEY WROK FOR US.
