Help us make it rightThe absolute worst in customer service. It's unfortunate MDA uses them exclusively as the source for DME because it takes months to order and receive equipment. Recently I ordered a new wheelchair. After several months it finally arrived without the cushion ! Can't use it because the old cushion doesn't fit so I have a new wheelchair that can't be used. Tried reaching technician and office to no avail........... Can't understand why this company is still in business!

Not only does it takes months to get an ordered repair item, the service technician either does not bother to call you when he can not make a scheduled appointment or does not arrive at the right location for repair. We have received service from United Seating for several years and the last few are very poor. Do they even know what customer service involves and that their products/services are the sole means of independence for their customers? I feel they don't understand or care.

United Seating was very helpful with repairing my scooter. They even provided a rental chair for me to use while mine was getting repaired....
