I have been having many issues with repairs for my sons wheel chair. The front casters on his chair broke several time and each time it had taken weeks to order parts . the last time that it happened it had taken almost 2 months to receive his chair back, they did give me a loaner chair but it was very Inconvenient he could not wheel himself ...no call from the company to explain why it was...
They are really RUDE!!! My mom got a manual wheelchair from them. I'm her guardian and they left a NASTY message on my phone saying if I didn't call them immediately about some form they forgot to have filled out when they delivered the chair that they wouldn't bill her insurance and would make her and or I pay the full cost. Arrogent and condensening too!
