Well run school.The emphasis is on conditioning and flexibility, not full contact practice.The Master shows a genuine interest in his students and is highly knowledgeable. My wife and I have searched through many martial arts schools to learn self-defense for our daughter. This school is no doubt one of the best places to learn. The instructors here are very helpful and patient - they do not judge you or make you feel inferior.
