I find it hard Dr. K. is working with the elderly. She treated my mom with little dignity and treated her like a child. It broke my heart.

Doesnt take the time to talk and listen. Doesnt have any compassion. Treats you like you dont know what you are talking about.

No compassion,talks over you ,treats your loved one like a number ,doesnt take the time to make sure everything can be done for her patients ,instead of running tests to gather facts ,she assumes and just moves forward. Acts like every elderly patient are the same

Excellent Doctor but Hard to make appointment

I like the Doctor. She is very nice, caring, patient, intelligent. The problem is to make an appointment is difficult. for a regular or follow up visit you need to call 2-3 month in advance. When you call it's usually a guy that although nice, but not very sensitive to the reason for your needing to see the doctor. You have to give details as to why you need to see the doctor before he...

Dr. Katsoyannis is an excellent physician, very caring and knowledgeable. I have complete and total trust in her as a doctor for my mother who has Alzheimer's Disease. She has addressed every concern with 100 percent effectivenss and her office is well-staffed with professional, caring individuals.
