This company and these employees need to be reprimanded for their actions. Their premeditated consistenant delays in communication, their laziness in doing "due dillegence" to their customers  and their non performance in their jobs in researching a claim has "conveniently caused an over 90 day period" which they state is over the time period for researching a claim, therefore, they don't have...

After discovering that my credit report contained over $10,000 in deliqinquent medical bills, I filed a written grievance with United Healthcare Community Plan, on April 5, 2013, via US mail with delivery conformation. Recently implemented, United so-called Healthcare sends out a quarterly statement identifying health benefit plan activity. With about 20,000,000 subscribers, 4 times a year, and let say the minimum postage was the same as mine (34.6?) the postage cost alone is $27,680,000. Reminds me of their former CEO?s $124,800,000...

The premiums for UHC were better which the only difference I see in my paycheck deduction is cents. Now, my UHC deductible is $1K. The family deductible is $3K - these are for...

The NewYork State OAG is investigating out-of-pocket expenses charged by the United Health Group. Well, I am one of many NYS-MTA employees residing in Pennsylvania who is being defrauded by another kind of United HealthCare (UHC) out-of-pocket expense scheme.
In 2007 NYS forced all non-represented employees living in Pennsylvania to switch from Aetna to the Empire Plan" with medical provided...
