The customer service there is outstanding! I had the oppurtunity to be helped by david junkert and he walked me through everything i needed to know about my new glaxy s6. I highly recommend the entire sprint store in decatur to everyone that has the chance to visit them!

I got my samsung epic here and its the best phone i have ever had Irfan has always been a pleasure to deal with and I know I can count on him for all our sprint needs I dont even have to deal with customer service he does us well and I think this is by far the best store ive been to in the 12 years ive had sprint

Rude and uncaring people work here. I lost my Sprint phone and came in here to report it. They refused to even let me use there phone to call the 800 # for my phone insurance and they are a Sprint store. They made me use a pay phone instead of letting me make a 800 number call on one of their phones.
