Absolutely love going to their wine tastings , I always learn something new there . Prices are very wide ranged. I enjoy trying new wines . The staff are always helpful and pleasant . It's the only wine store that lets you earn point towards more wine tastings , can't say enough about this place , I just love it.

Bought a bottle of Dansk Mjod Viking Blod Honey Mead for my D&D game. As far as I'm concerned, the only reliable store in NYC to stock Honey Mead. Great service, good selection and will definitely be my new go to for any/all refreshments for future games smile emoticon Thanks Alexis!

Absolutely horrible customer service. - wrapper for wine broke and requested bottle to be wrapped again - in which they refused. "I'm not going to wrap that again".

Convenient location, but I rather walk 10, 15 more minutes and use another store. Worst service, the manager followed me around for some reason, the cashier lady always rude the couple times I was there.
