This bank has not given me my money from an account I closed a year ago. I have called 5 times- they seem to be completely inefficient and have been no help whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle...

I've banked here for years and never had problem at the Watt Ave or Surnise branches, but this branch is another story. I work for the State and we typically get paid at the end of the month....
