I bought a set of phones and then changed my mind when i received the phones and returned them.When i did not get a confirmation on my returns i called Uniden to find out what was going on because i wanted to exchange the returned phones for others that were the same exact price. The worst rating for this company. Cutomer phone calls are not answered. This company has programmed to disconnect incoming cutomer phone calls automatically, so that cutomers cannot receive any help. How could a company act like this way?

bad customer service. sent 2 e-mails no respond.called in you phone system stinks. get a person to answer phone to direct call to proper person.. i am ready to return phone for refund.
