They do a thorough job cleaning. However, the people who come to clean are not very nice. I could tell that they were making fun of me in Spanish and they had to call their boss to ask about every little thing. However, I still continued to use them because they are very cheap. Then they went on to miss two appointments with me, notifying me at the last minute that they could not make it...

They were professional, courteous and did their jobs very well. My house is immaculate. I would defintiely use them again and I would reccomend them to my friends. As a matter of fact I have already told someone about their services. These ladies are excellent. I will use them again next month.

I was very impressed with the service provided by UCC and cant wait until next month when they return. They arrived on time and were ready to work. Each of the staff present proceeded to area of expertise and every item listed on contract was performed in an excellent manner. Good Job!

They were so professional, on time and did an AMAZING job cleaning. Will be using them from now on. PLEASE give them a try, you won't be sorry you did. They cleaned my place from top to bottom and it looked and smelled incredible after they were done.
