They were prompt, took care of my tree exactly how I asked, and were the first company to even come out and give me na estimate. they came in the rain even! their pink trucks were hilarious!

Reasonable cost in cutting down branches and trees/ job done in timely manner/needs to be more responsive in calling back (communication issues)would recommend this company!

I know it doesn't take much intelligence to cut down a tree but the secretary and the owner maybe have a combined IQ of 100. Horribly inefficient company. Jobs take twice as long as he says they will to complete and yards are left a mess for the owner to clean up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Undercutters did a good job for me removing a tree that fell across my drive and road. He responding quickly to a cold call, worked on the job with a good sized crew and got the job done when scheduled. The office responded as required

It was a bad experience for us. A 2-days job took forever. When you call to see why he is a no-show, you get his nice secretary/mother and she will give you a shower of apologies (but he will still be a no-show!). Avoid this company!
