The staff was very friendly. And, I believe the price was about the same you could get anywhere else. The problem I had was their timeliness. They said my car would be done Monday morning. But I never received a call until I called them on Tuesday. They said, oh yeah, your car was done yesterday but we couldn't get in contact with you. Service was fast, accurate, and as the customer, I was informed quickly and in detail what was wrong and the break down of the costs to fix. I was very pleased with the service and felt the costs were more than fair.
