Bought a Beaver Dam Titanium rod Sat at a store 35 miles from home. When I went to load up some line I notice it did not have a insert in the rod tip eyelet. I called Uncle Josh talked to Brent and they are sending me a rod. I will tell you this they did not have to do that and I will not forget that kind of customer service.
