This five-story Euro-chic townhouse attracts a mature, upscale crowd for its many delights. Above two formal dining rooms—Umbria serving Umbrian specialties and Prime, a steak house and oyster bar—the top three floors host a stylish weekends-only mega-club, with an "ultra-lounge" featuring a vodka bar, table service, and big-name DJs spinning EDM, R&B, techno, and international pop.

The restaurant was closed. No one called to tell me. My client and i showed up and had to scramble to find somewhere else to eat. I can't believe the restaurant and open table let me book a reservation in the first place, and then did not inform me of this issue. TERRIBLE.

Umbria Prime has apparently closed, so I was disappointed I could not cancel my reservation. And when I tried to contact them their number is disconnected. May be a good item to note on Open Table.

When we arrived in Boston we were told by the folks at the Hilton that Umbria Prime was closed and so we did not go to that restaurant for dinner...when we tried to cancel our reservations we were unable to do so. If this is not the case....someone should look further into this...

Upon arrival the doors were locked and no lights on. The restaurant was closed but no sign on the door. Not sure if they are closed permanently? When I called only got an answering machine.

I had a 1:00 pm lunch reservation. The restaurant was closed. There was no sign, no indication of why they were closed, no information available. I'm not sure they are still open.
