After a late delivery and a few screw ups on the store's behalf, we were very happy with the delivery guys, Corey and Weston. They knew what they were doing and hooked up my front-loader washing machine pretty quick. They had lots of patience to answer my mom's and my many questions, lol, about my new machine. Great job, guys!

Horrible customer service. Been in store numerous times ALWAYS excuses why someone can't help right now. Waited in area for over 30 minutes. Plumbing and window treatments. Front desk friendly but not helpful. Get your act together. Won't be back.

DON'T SHOP AT LOWE'S . we purchased a troy built timer with all the attachments, and in less than two years the main part has went out twice. This time returning, or to get fixed they say they have no record of my purchase even though I used my Lowe's reward card, and won't even look at it so I have hundreds envested in equipment that don't work. Thanks alot Lowe's
