Service tech coming back Monday Oct 26 for the 3rd time because the issue has not been resolved. There has been minimal communication from Ultimate Pools other than the 10 minute notice of the tech arriving. I hope this 3rd time is a charm and we can get a resolution.

I emailed I had a Booster Pump noise/leak and asked for a Tech to come evaluate it. When the issue was diagnosed I was given the options of repairing or replacing along with the associated costs for each option. After my Pump was replaced there was a slow leak. I emailed about it and a Tech came by and fixed it with no fuss and no additional cost. The new Pump is quite and runs smoothly. I am...

We had allot of pool equipment repaired & or replaced in temps. Of 100 degrees or better. Chris and his helper worked very hard all day long and got the job done.

Now all my plumbing looks neater and more organized than before. They knew what they were doing also as well.
