It took a little longer to go through the process of getting a custom mat but we really like what we ordered. We did have a problem with our order but it was cleared up quickly. The rep who worked with us was highly customer service oriented

Would highly recommend them for all your needs related to custom mats. We always order from Ultimate Mats when we need custom mats made for Rusk County. Love how they are quick to respond to my emails and have a proof back within 24-48 hours. They always treat you like a friend!!
