Trying to get in contact with them is a nightmare, no one answers their phone or responds to emails from their web site. They came to perform a backflow test per the City's requirements...did not submit the proper paperwork and have not responded to our questions since. Awful.

If I could give no stars I would. The company advertised a deal on Living Socials which I purchased. One of their reps came to my house, we came up with a plan and then...nothing no contact. Never did here back from them. I called and left 2 messages and emailed the owner 3 times. Of course, they did ask for my Living Social number so they could collect from them. Very unprofessional!
