Horrible warranty service

I purchased a DLP HD Toshiba big screen with the 3 year extended warranty through Ultimate Electronics. I reported problems 3 months ago and their reply was that they dont have anyone in my area to work on Toshiba TV's and they would call when they do. EXCUSE ME. What business does a company have selling a warranty that they do not have the means to honor. They found this little mom & pop shop to work on it. THREE TIMES they have been to the house and nothing has been fixed. I think they are waiting for my warranty to expire. Dont buy the warranty especially if you buy Toshiba. Oh, they...

This place is like another Circuit City but more pricy and less merchandise. I came here a couple of time to see if they ever have any sales, they do but "come on, who are they fooling". Their sales-rep are always talking amoung themselfs. Come to think of it all the time I came into this place I never purchased anything. What does that tell you.
