I purchased a JVC VCR from Ultimate Electronics because they advertised a rebate. I never received my rebate. I used their website to claim my rebate. There are no numbers on the website to call and the local store couldn't help me.

I agree with Matt, although I dont think I know him I may..I've worked for Soundtrack/Ultimate Electronic for almost 9 years and this company will in almost every situation side with the customer..even at an employees expense.
It does fall to the customer to talk to the manager when issues fall beyond a sales clerks authority..this is such a case..no scam was intended..the word "scam" is...

I work for Ultimate Electronics training department and I'm very sorry for your crumy experiance. Please understand this isn't our intention.
I think this was a poor snapshot of our comapnies way of doing bussines and our core culture. We base our companies success on good customer service and outstanding product knowlage.

I went in to just look around and walked out with a new big screen and a killer surround sound system that would rival most movie theaters. I love this place and they have made me a customer for life!
