I went to Dianne at Ulta. She has been my stylist for years now. She has never let me down. She did an AWESOME soft ombre on my hair after she gave me a cut. LOVED it. Go to her, you won't regret it!

Customer service is spotty, if I shop online, at least the webpage will look items up for me, suggest other items, and say 'Thank you!' when I check out
