No matter the location, customer service SUCKS! Ulta don't care because I have sent e-mails... I'm starting to think this is their culture.

I don't frequent this location, but sometimes you are on a particular side of town and need some emergency makeup for a shoot or a client. Even if they don't have what I need in stock there is always a sales representative on hand to help me find the closet thing I need.Very much appreciate all of the customer service at this location.

I walked in this store Saturday morning in tears. My makeup appointment at a close by salon had been mangled and it was my wedding day. The staff was so sweet and accommodating! They immediately stopped what they were doing, sat me in a makeup chair and went to work giving me a wonderful experience and a great makeup job. The service was fantastic.

This Ulta took over Pier I a few years ago. I was so happy they opened a makeup store closer than going to the mall. The staff is a hit or miss.
