The associate was very rude that the item was moving around in the box and just charged me for packing. After I gave her my account number she just states I can leave and didn't even pack the package before I left that she insisted on charging me for when the company sent the original package out like that.

David was very helpful and had good suggestions for our print job. He was able to offer up a solution that prevented us from losing content when trimming the page and binding the print job. He was also very helpful with pricing and breaking down the cost per booklet for me. He was able to get the job done in the time that I needed it.
