Sure it's on the formulary, but they'll deny it anyway. Good luck trying to get your 'covered' services and prescriptions paid for. Somehow their customer service representative will find put nothing is covered. Very disappointed.

my ride for my appointment this afternoon never showed up.
i called UCare to find out where my ride was, and after being on hold for over 20 minutes, i got hung up on...
now i'm going to have to pay a fee with my clinic because i didn't show up, and i can't even find out where my ride is!!!!!!

I was assigned to them by my county after I qualified for MA. I had limited income and ability to work normal hours following and auto accident. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They both demanded unnecessary repeat nerve block procedures prior to approving rhizotomy and later denied physical therapy claiming they were following Medicare guidelines. Guess what-\-\I'm free of UCare...

Signed up for Ucare after tjey told me my clinic was cavered. Got my card and went to my clinic only to be told that Ucare had dropped them as a provider. Other issies included premium checks not getting credited so I came in and paid cash to reinstate my insurance. They took my money and said they would mot reinstate it. Will be filing a complaint with the Mn attorney general and any other...
