Paul the manager ripped off my senior citizen mother 180.00. Shame on him. He needed to fix a screen door and it took him 2 months of me and my mom calling him and he came back with the same broken door. Don't call them. NO GOOD!!!!!! If someone comes into the Mass Eye and Ear ER because they can't hear, can barely swallow and have difficulty talking, double check their medical history. If they have any type of lymphoma history, order a CT scan of the face. It wasn't laryngitis, it was the return of my lymphoma. I didn't have to suffer for another month had you just checked a little more.
