Operators cannot be trusted, double the price of parts after taking time to remove them. Then refuse to sell the parts when simply asked about the price. Try to take advantage of people they think may have more money than others, dispicable operation.
I dont expect a junk yard to have great service. On the other hand, they should keep a list of the cars they have (not hard to do). I used to live out in NY and every junk yard I dealt with knew what cars they had in thier yard.I dont mind pulling my own parts. I called to see if they even had the truck i needed parts for and the guy was very rude, saying he doesnt know what they have, that i hva eot drive out there and look for myself. i understand its YOU pull it, but c'mon, keep a list of vehicles you have handy
call to see if they had parts and the guy that answered the phone told me that he was not sure. that i could go threw the yard and look???????
why answer the phone if you cant give any help!!!
Can't really comment on their "services" because we called at 5:15 and they said they closed at 6pm. We got there at about 5:36 and they had the doors locked and the employee on the inside shooed us away with his hands...not very professional for a business to act that way. I mean if you want to close early then don't tell people on the phone you close at one time and then shoo them away...
