We to Rusty s for an inspection. He refused us service based on our insurance because our insurance is GEICO and as soon as he saw I am a disabled veteran he went CRAZY. He screamed at me and my wife and began grabbing his crotch and thrusting himself at us and screaming for us to leave. I ve never seen such a gross display of inhumanity. He seems to HATE veterans and seems to HATE disabled...

im guessing on initial apperance this guy decided to treat me as if he didnt want my business. Went there on a saturday for an inspection, as I walked in he took a look at me then proceeded to ignore me. On there website, it reads,"we treat you right". Thats a joke.

Daughter rented uhaul truck and tow dolly and was told they would hook up her car for her. After loading truck she went back to get car put on and they refused to do it for 'insurance reasons'. I called other uhaul places and they do this regularly. Rusty expected my daughter to do it herself after telling her they would do it. I called uhaul and they arranged for another uhaul place to help...
