I reserved my U-Haul for 11am and once I arrived the truck was ready for me. It was fast service and very convenient at both pick up and drop off.

RUUUUUUUNNNNN!Ugh. I got scammed into the larger truck that I didn't need, just like other reviewers. Customer service was the worst, hostile even.
