I informed them that the truck was well below half-a-tank when I received it. I returned the truck with well over half-a-tank of gas and no credit was offered on behalf of my issue.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was very informative and it made the experience very easy. Dropping the truck off was the best part! I didn't even have to go back in they emailed my receipt to me. I will definitely be using this u-haul location in the future.
