Warning to all who rent here! Check your starting mileage before leaving the lot. I know when your in the process of moving, you naturally have a lot on your mind and can easily overlook such a minor detail. Hopefully this helps someone avoid what I went through renting at this location.

Horrible customer service wouldn't use them even if they're the last people in the world to use!!! No parking.....abusive worker greeting potential customers by yelling at them as they pull up to the venue...i think yelp should allow a zero star rating as one star is 100 times too good for them !!! don't use them!

Terrible customer service. I'm a disabled vet with an obvious walk from spinal injuries, hip and left leg. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Maybe other locations would be excellent but this location is a joke. The general manager DK looks like Eileen from the movie monster with the attitude...

Have nothing but good things to say about DK and this location. We will go out of our way to rent here, even if there is another branch next door to where we live. They will explain everything...
