The person by the name of Eli doesn't discuss insurance with the customer and just automatically add it to your bill. He doesn't even offer a waiver to customers. Tells customers after the fact that it is mandatory to have. Check other branches with better service. Very disorganized franchise. Long wait poor printer and slow computer.
