We saw one their commercials for a special cheese sandwich which looked great, so we gave it a try. The bun they gave me was burnt so bad that it was black, and of course they flipped it over so you could not see it when we picked it up. I showed the manager and they immediately sent it back...

The ice cream is great. The chili was gross...not even the staff would eat it. When we complained out it being too salty, the staff agreed and said it came in a bag form corporate. Fortunately, they refunded our money.
