They were prompt and since they didn't have the size I wanted they upgrated my with out charge. The emplyees were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the truck and all our questions. When I lost my receipt they were able to email it to me. That saved me a lot of hassle upon returning the truck. Wonderful staff!

Just keep up with the excellent customer service that you are currently providing. I was VERY impressed with all the personnel who helped me at this location. And I visited there 3-4 times to buy supplies and make reservations for a truck before my moving day.

The only real drawback to this location is that it is so crowded that it is difficult to maneuver in the parking lot. Otherwise, they are excellent.
