Dr. Tyson has been my dentist for more than 10 years. He and his staff are caring, friendly. They treat everyone like family. Upon our last visit we were treated rudely by a tech, then yelled at by a woman behind the counter, when we asked for help about this to another office lady, she called us liers. No one in the office behaved in a professional manner to try to resolve the issue, but instead yelled at and insulted us in full view and hearing of the office and waiting room, even calling us three year olds. When I complained about being insulted, and about a billing problem, I was yelled at by office staff to the point that I left in tears, and stayed that way for more than an hour.
