TX Total Security came promptly one late night to deal with an emergency situation. My two little kids and I were locked out of the house and they were both getting really tired and restless. A good neighbor offered to help and contacted this company and the tech arrived as soon as he can! I am so happy for such quick response!

Accommodating and knowledgeable! Those two words best describe TX Total Security. I decided to have my locks changed and I wanted it done immediately. I called different locksmiths and it's either they didn't reply promptly or they could not fit me in. TX Total Security worked around my schedule no matter how busy they were. I'm totally pleased the outcome!

It was a nice experience with TX Total Security just to get a key copied because they were so cheerful and friendly! They were very nice on the phone and in person. I called them one Sunday morning and they arrived in a timely manner with no extra charge. I had so much fun chatting with the service rep I forgot to ask more about their other services. I will call them again soon!
