The staff and vets at Twin Pines have been there for me and my pets for over 30 years. I have been impressed with their customer service and willingness to take care of any question, issue or concern I have had with my dogs. The care and professionalism from the entire staff has been amazing!

This place used to be amazing, my family and I were loyalists for years until recently. The demeanor of the front end office staff has grown incredibly self entitled and disturbingly rude over the past year to the point it is customer abuse. Which is a shame because their staff of doctors and techs there are top notch. Schildknecht and Voetberg are incredibly knowledgeable, take excellent care...

Excellent experience from the time I made the appointment everyone there was very helpful and I had no problem alloying the doctor to do surgery on my dog. Would definitely use this clinic again.

There is no other choice for my pets! I will never go to another clinic again! Dr Wilson and Dr Serad are at the top of their game and saved my dogs' life when another clinic gave up.
Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are are not overpriced.
If you are looking for great care for you pets- this is the place to go!

Easy to get an appointment - kept the appointment time (ie NO WAITING!). Very caring, understanding and helpful in helping to care for our pet rats.
