Unfortunately, the person who wrote this review saw fit not to address his issues while in the store. I truly try to help customers with good information; I am not just about sell, sell, sell! Thanks to Tuttle's expertise with rifles he helped me get a full refund from Marlin(including sales tax) by identifing the flaw in the new Marlin rifle that I had purched elsewhere. Thanks for your help. Merrill
