Looking for an apartment? Keep looking as this is not the place you want to live ... Management lacks the most basic skills, maintenance is overwhelmed, and the residents apparently don't believe in doggie bags, trash cans, or any sort of community pride ... leftover food? toss it on the ground near the dumpster... your dog has pooped? keep walking... repair requests for your apartment? better be ready to keep waiting ... it'll be a few days before anyone gets to it ...

The sad thing is that this property had the potential somwhere along the way to really make this a great complex ......
