We went to Tubby's twice and both times our experience did not meet our expectations.
The first time we ordered a waffle and omelet with coffee. We were there alone with no other guests.
We were told we could not have our breakfast for a while because the milk truck had not yet come and they had no milk. It...

I eat here every time i come to Cotati. The have a great omelet, waffles, and burgers. The service is wonderful and the prices reasonable. Comfort food you can count on. Will add pictures soon.

Great mom and pop, good food, good service

I'd rather support a mom and pop than a chain restaurant. The service was good, very nice waitress. The food was great - enjoyed my French toast and bacon very much. Thanks, Tubby's

An established diner that moved into a semi run down plaza. They fortunately brought a lot of their clientele from their old Cotati location and have been thriving here in Rohnert Park since....

This is a true Mom & Pop style diner. The food was exactly as it should be, home style, tasty and served with a warm smile. We loved it.
