Ive talked to three different technicians so far. Each of them took the time to explain what they were doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns as they would be happy to address them. The service keeps me informed as to when they will be preforming a service call, time and date.
My Technician Regis Barber always explains what he is going to do and makes suggestions about what I can do to make my lawn better. I had Massey before and they killed my lawn and blamed me. TruGreen brought it back from the dead.
My experience with TruGreen has been a very pleasant partnership. They taken care of lawn, shrubs, and palm trees for the entire 18 years that I have this property. They come on a regular basis and without fanfare do a great job keeping my lawn and garden up to par or better than any outside area in the neighborhood.

Trugreen has done paint damage to my home. They said they would come and get the stains off my house the first time I complained about their spray discoloring my house & fence. They sprayed my lawn and it got onto my house; I didn’t notice it right away because I have cataracts. I called them a few months later to tell them about what I noticed about the paint being scraped and faded. ...

My Trugreen specialist is always on time and if need be rescedules my appointment with no problems. I use to do my own lawn which took hours and a great expense. Now that Trugreen is doing my yard, it has never looked better.
